Abstract

一种高压磁饱和式单相可控电抗器,由主铁心柱(1),两个旁柱(3、4)、两个旁轭(10、11)组成卧置的“日”字形结构铁心。所述的主铁心柱(1)为等截面、单柱,且由带间隙的多个铁心饼叠积而成;第一旁柱(3)、第二旁柱(4)关于主铁心柱(1)左右对称;第一旁轭(11)、第二旁轭(12)关于主铁心柱(1)上下对称;第一旁柱(3)、第二旁柱(4)、第一旁轭(11)、第二旁轭(12)为等截面铁心,且横截面积均为主铁心柱(1)横截面积的一半。第一工作绕组(2)和第二工作绕组(7)套设在主铁心柱(1)上,两个控制绕组(5、6)分别套设在第一旁柱(3)、第二旁柱(4)上或对称套设在第一旁轭(10)或第二旁轭(11)的两端。
The utility model relates to a high-voltage magnetic saturation type single-phase controllable reactor. A main iron core column (1), two side columns (3 and 4) and two side yokes (10 and 11) form an iron core in the shape of two horizontal stacked square blocks. The main iron core column (1) is a single column uniform in sections and formed by stacking a plurality of iron core cakes with gaps. A first side column (3) and a second side column (4) are laterally symmetrical relative to the main iron core column (1), a first side yoke (10) and a second side yoke (11) are vertically symmetrical relative to the main iron core column (1), the first side column (3), the second side column (4), the first side yoke (10) and the second side yoke (11) are iron cores uniform in sections, and the cross sectional area of each of the first side column (3), the second side column (4), the first side yoke (10) and the second side yoke (11) is half of that of the main iron core column (1). A first operating winding (2) and a second operating winding (7) are sleeved on the main iron core column (1), and two control windings (5 and 6) are sleeved on the first side column (3) and the second side column (4) respectively or symmetrically sleeved on two ends of the first side yoke (10) or the second side yoke (11).
