本实用新型提供一种喷油油冷氧枪,属冶金吹氧设备技术领域。氧枪包括枪体及连于其下端的喷头,枪体由外、中和内三支同心管组成,外管上端头外接氧气接头、上部内腔设有隔板,中间管上端穿固于隔板中,隔板上侧外管壁上设进油管接头、下侧的管壁上设出油管接头;喷头上部为与枪体外、中、内管下端头对接的喷头外、中、内管,下部为逐步收缩的锥体结构,喷头内管底部锥壁开有氧喷口、内管与中间管间空腔底部锥壁开有油喷口;中间管与内管和外管间形成环状空腔油路通道。外管、中间管和内管为由法兰连接三段结构。具有可同时作为氧枪和燃烧器,燃烧火焰温度高、亮度大、可改善对炉料的辐射和对流传热、节约能源、可拆卸、便于维修、使用寿命长等优点。

The oxygen lance comprises a lance body and a sprayer connected to the lower end of the lance body; the lance body is formed by an outer concentric tube, a middle concentric tube and an inner concentric tube; an upper end of the outer tube is externally connected with an oxygen connector, and an inner cavity on the upper part of the outer tube is provided with a clapboard; the upper end of the middle tube is fixed in the clapboard in a penetrating manner; an outer tube wall on the upper side of the clapboard is provided with an oil inlet tube connector; a tube wall on the lower side is provided with an oil outlet tube connector; an outer tube, a middle tube and an inner tube of the sprayer, which are in butt joint with the lower ends of the outer tube, the middle tube and the inner tube of the lance body, are arranged on the upper part of the sprayer; the lower part of the sprayer is of a gradually contracted cone structure; an oxygen nozzle is formed on a cone wall on the bottom part of the inner tube of the sprayer; an oil nozzle is formed on the bottom part of a cavity between the inner tube and the middle tube; and annular cavity oil line channels are respectively formed between the middle tube and the inner tube as well as between the middle tube and the outer tube. The outer tube, the middle tube and the inner tube are of a three-section structure connected by flanges. The oil-injection oil-cooling oxygen lance has the advantages of: capability of being used as the oxygen lance and a burner simultaneously, high burning flame temperature, large brightness, capability of improving radiation on furnace burden and convection heat transfer, energy conservation, disassemblability, convenience in maintain, long service life, and the like.
