Abstract

本实用新型介绍了一种冷却水水质自动调整装置,其电除盐器(1)输入口串联流量表(13)、第一阀门(11)、第一电导率仪(9)和第一pH检测仪(10),输出口并联一计量泵(3)和第二阀门(7)。计量泵(3)接一加碱罐(4);第二阀门(7)串联第二电导率仪(6)和第二pH检测仪(8);PLC处理器(2)并联第一电导率仪(9)、第二电导率仪(6)、第一pH检测仪(10)、第二pH检测仪(8),其加碱信号输出端接计量泵(3)。该装置能连续精确地检测水质,自动调节冷却水的pH值在8.0~9.0,电导率在0.4~2.0μS/cm内。所调冷却水水质好、运行周期长、结构简单、使用方便、成本低、体积小。
The utility model discloses an automatic adjusting device for water quality of cooling water, wherein an input port of an electric de-salting machine (1) of the device is connected with a flow meter (13), a first valve (11), a first conductivity meter (9) and a first pH (potential of hydrogen) detector (10) in series, while an output port is connected with a metering pump (3) and a second valve (7) in parallel. The metering pump (3) is connected with an alkali feeding pot (4); the second valve (7) is connected with a second conductivity meter (6) and a second pH detector (8) in series; a PLC (programmed logic controller) processor (2) is connected with the first conductivity meter (9), the second conductivity meter (6), the first pH detector (10) and the second pH detector (8) in parallel; and an alkali feeding signal output end of the PLC processor is connected with the metering pump (3). The device can continuously and accurately detect the water quality, and automatically adjust the pH of the cooling water to 8.0 to 9.0, and the conductivity to 0.4micro s/cm to 2.0micro s/cm. The automatic adjusting device is excellent in adjusted water quality, long in operation cycle, simple in structure, convenient to use, low in cost, and small in size.
