本实用新型公开了一种氧化锌阀片组过电压保护器。它包括阀片筒(5)中的两端连接有电极的氧化锌阀片组(2),特别是阀片筒(5)两端置有电极孔(6),电极为带螺孔的复合电极(1),氧化锌阀片组(2)两端抵触连接有复合电极(1),其外包覆有绝缘膜(3),绝缘膜(3)与阀片筒(5)内壁间置有硅橡胶(4);所述的绝缘膜的厚度为2~3mm,所述的绝缘膜(3)为热定形绝缘带。它既防止了氧化锌阀片之间、以及氧化锌阀片与电极之间因震动而产生的错位;又消除了氧化锌阀片组与阀片筒内壁之间的空隙,根除了设备安全运行的隐患;还避免了氧化锌阀片外侧界面的形成,确保了过电压保护器的正常运行寿命。可广泛地用于单相或三相过电压保护。
