本实用新型涉及电子元器件领域,尤其涉及一种PTC热敏电阻与压敏电阻合成的用于电路保护的三端半导体元件。该用于电路保护的三端半导体元件,包括压敏电阻体、PTC热敏电阻体、第一引脚、第二引脚、第三引脚和外包覆层,该外露的第一引脚、第二引脚、第三引脚的导电部呈空间错开分布,即该第一引脚的导电部、第二引脚的导电部、第三引脚的导电部对应位于三棱柱的三个棱的位置而设置,且该第一引脚和第二引脚的导电部在上端位置均分别形成一个弧形弯折部。本实用新型应用于电子电路中,实现过流、过压保护电功能。
The utility model relates to the field of electronic devices, and particularly relates to a three-terminal semiconductor element which is combined by a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermosensitive resistor and a piezoresistor, and is used for circuit protection. The three-terminal semiconductor element comprises a piezoresistor body, a PTC thermoresistor body, a first pin, a second pin, a third pin and a wrapping layer, wherein conductive parts of the first pin, the second pin and the third pin which are exposed are spatially distributed in a staggered manner, namely, the conductive parts of the first pin, the second pin and the third pin are positioned corresponding to three edges of a triangular prism, and arc-shaped bending parts are formed at the upper end positions of the conductive parts of the first pin and the second pin. The three-terminal semiconductor element is applied in an electronic circuit and realizes the electrical overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions.
