Abstract

The utility model provides a dry type transformer for an offshore wind power tower barrel. The dry type transformer comprises a shell and a transformer contained in the shell. An air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the side wall of the shell, the air inlet is formed in the end, adjacent to the ground, of the side wall of the shell, the air outlet is formed in the end, far away from the ground, of the side wall of the shell, a draught fan and an inner air water cooler are arranged on the outer side of the shell, the draught fan and the inner air water cooler are arranged at the air inlet and the air outlet of the shell, the inner air water cooler is arranged between the draught fan and the air inlet, and when the dry type transformer works, the draught fan absorbs hot air from the interior of the shell via the air outlet and exhausts the hot air into the inner air water cooler, the hot air is cooled by the inner air water cooler and becomes cold air, and the cold air is exhausted into the shell through the air inlet. During working, the transformer can be well cooled, and therefore safe and effective running of the transformer is guaranteed.
本实用新型提供的海上风电塔筒用干式变压器,包括壳体及容纳在壳体内的变压器,壳体的侧壁上开设置有一进风口及一出风口,其中进风口设置在壳体侧壁邻近地面的一端,出风口设置在所述壳体侧壁远离地面的一端,壳体的外侧进一步设置一风机及一内空水冷却器,风机与所述内空水冷却器均设于壳体进风口与出风口所在的位置处,其中内空水冷却器设置在风机与进风口之间,使得该干式变压器在工作时,风机通过出风口从壳体内部吸入热空气并将其排入内空水冷却器,热空气经由内空水冷却器冷却后变成冷空气,并所述进风口排入到壳体的内部。本实用新型在工作时可以对变压器起到很好的散热、降温的作用,进而保障了变压器安全有效的运行。
